Business Analyst

Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, analyze data, and identify solutions to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives.
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement solutions that align with business needs.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making and strategy development.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, address issues, and align on project goals.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Provide support during implementation, including testing, training, and post-deployment analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
