Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance systems to ensure products and services meet regulatory and customer standards. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead and manage quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Manage supplier quality performance, conducting audits and resolving quality issues.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting performance and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of quality management systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the industry (e.g., ISO, GMP, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with quality auditing and risk management processes.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
