Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery and maintenance.
- Design, implement, and optimize complex software solutions in a high-security environment.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards across all development work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and align software solutions with business goals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with leadership experience in a high-security or government setting.
- eDV clearance (essential for this role).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.
- Strong understanding of secure software development practices and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development tools.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
