PPE Product and Branding Manager

Role Overview
As the PPE Product and Branding Manager, you will manage the development and branding of our PPE product portfolio. Your role will involve overseeing the product lifecycle, implementing strategic branding initiatives, and ensuring products align with customer needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of PPE products, from concept development to market launch and ongoing management.
- Develop and execute branding strategies that elevate the company’s market presence and reinforce customer trust.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs and competitive opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and innovation.
- Drive the creation of branding materials, packaging, and marketing campaigns for PPE products.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Ensure all PPE products comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve product and branding goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management and branding, ideally within the PPE or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of PPE products, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in using product management and marketing tools to streamline workflows and track progress.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
