Role Overview
As the PPE Product and Branding Manager, you will oversee the development, marketing, and branding of our PPE range. Your role will involve managing the product lifecycle, creating effective branding strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products align with market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of PPE products, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Develop and implement branding strategies that enhance market presence and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Create and oversee product branding materials, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for all PPE products.
- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management and branding, preferably in the PPE or related industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and branding strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using product management and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for PPE products.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field is preferred.
