Senior Product Interaction Designer

Role Overview
As a Senior Product Interaction Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interaction design for our products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft intuitive interfaces that delight users while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of user interactions for digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to communicate interaction concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay updated on the latest interaction design trends, tools, and methodologies, integrating them into your work.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the design team.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interaction Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction design work.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
- Degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
