Service Manager

Role Overview

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service management or operational leadership role.
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
- Proficiency in using service management tools and software.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
