Field Service Engineer (Full Product Training)

Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, maintain, and repair a range of equipment and systems at client sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a technical mindset who enjoys solving problems and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair a variety of technical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients to enhance their understanding of equipment usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of parts and services.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies during all field operations.
- Stay updated on product developments and training to maintain technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a field service, maintenance, or technical engineering role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Full, clean UK driving license is required.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related technical field are advantageous but not mandatory.
