Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or consultancy role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
