Operations Analyst

Role Overview
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data and workflows to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
- Support project management efforts by providing data analysis and operational insights.
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations or data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
