IT Solutions Specialist - Microsoft Applications

We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Specialist to join our team and drive the implementation, support, and optimization of Microsoft applications.
Role Overview
As an IT Solutions Specialist, you will design, implement, and manage Microsoft-based solutions to meet business requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration of Microsoft applications within organizational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Microsoft applications such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to support end-users.
- Optimize Microsoft application workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on new Microsoft features and updates, integrating them into business processes as appropriate.
- Assist in migration and upgrade projects involving Microsoft applications and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft applications, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Dynamics is highly desirable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MS-100, or MS-700) are a significant advantage.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
