Data Insights Analyst (SQL & Power BI)

Role Overview
As a Data Insights Analyst, you will analyze complex datasets, build insightful dashboards, and support decision-making processes across the organization. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in SQL and Power BI, and the ability to present data effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Write optimized SQL queries to manipulate and retrieve data from various sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analyses and reports.
- Develop and document processes to improve data accessibility and reporting efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Insights Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including building dashboards and data visualizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of engaging with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts is advantageous.
- Experience with other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
