Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical or facilities management role, with a strong understanding of building services and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in using CAFM systems and other relevant tools for managing maintenance services.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, facilities management, or a related field; certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are desirable.
