Lead Java Developer

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in Java and related technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
