Moulding Technical Leader

Role Overview
As the Moulding Technical Leader, you will be responsible for managing and improving moulding processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of moulding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and mentor the moulding team, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize mould design and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of moulding operations, maintenance, and quality checks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical or leadership role within a moulding or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using technical tools and software for process monitoring and analysis.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
